As the Founder and Counselor at PathMentor, I bring over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles across global Telecom and IT organizations. My career has taken me to more than 20 countries, where I have led large-scale programs, built high-performing teams, and mentored professionals across diverse cultures. These experiences have given me valuable cross-cultural exposure, enhancing my ability to connect with people, understand their challenges, and guide them with empathy and emotional intelligence.

I have also been privileged to study at world-renowned institutions such as INSEAD and Harvard, which broadened my perspective and enabled me to blend the best of Western and Indian education systems. This unique combination of global experience and academic grounding helps me offer guidance that is practical, future-ready, and inclusive.

Mentoring has always been my true passion. The most fulfilling moments of my career have been those where I could help students and professionals gain clarity, discover their strengths, and build the confidence to pursue their goals.
